Bogie Frame Washing Plant

The frame-washing plant has been designed for the cleaning of train and tram frames. It consists of a washing booth with oscillating spray poles and of two tanks positioned under the cabin, one with the washing solution and one with rinsing water. Therefore the plant can be installed with no need for civil work.

The frames are loaded on a service trolley by a crane and automatically introduced into the washing cabin where the backward and forward movement of the service trolley allows the sprayed water to reach all the surfaces to be washed.
