Automatic Wheelset Painting Plant

Fully automatic painting of different wheelsets. The complete process includes preparation, painting, drying, and cooling. With the possibility of the use of 1- or 2- component paints based on water or solvent.

Painting cabin with underfloor extraction
Robot with coating application
Flash off- and drying chamber
Cooling zone (option)
Flash off-and-filter unit with heat recovery
Thermic afterburning system (option)
